About Delivery

We feel getting your pets food regularly and without hassle is important, that’s why we are offering delivery to our customers on Vancouver Island. Delivery is currently available two days a week. Please allow 2-3 days for processing orders. In the event of out of stock items or special orders, you will be contacted with a custom ETA. Delivery is FREE from Cassidy to Nanoose on all orders over $80 before tax. Orders $1-$79 are subject to a $15 fee. Ladysmith to Duncan is FREE on all orders over $249 before tax. Parksville, Qualicum, Coombs delivery is FREE on orders over $249. Port Alberni and Comox Valley please use the Contact Us page to find out how we can serve you.
