We take pride in being reliable and consistent. When you visit us in-store, or shop online, you can expect to find easy access to knowledgeable staff, and easy navigation to your favourite products in stock. Taking care of pets is an ever changing responsibility, new research and information comes out frequently and we do our best to ensure staff and customers are aware of these breakthroughs as easily as possible with our Canine Chronicles and Wisdom Whiskers newsletters, you can find these printed in-store, or conveniently subscribe on our website.
We believe that no two pets are alike and don't submit to one way of raising furry friends, so we offer a range of products to serve a whole spectrum of pet parenting approaches.
We are available Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm and Saturday and Sunday, 11am to 7pm.
