Returns & Exchanges
At Carnivore Kingdom we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your online, and in-store, shopping experience. We accept returns of unopened products in original packaging within 60 days after the date of purchase if bought in-store, or within 60 days of delivery if purchased online. Any toys, opened or used products, or any items discounted due to clearance or marked as "final sale" are not within our return guidelines.
All personalized tags are final sale.
Returning Items Purchased from carnivorekingdom.ca
With Carnivore Kingdom’s 60-day web return policy, returns are made refreshingly easy. Contact one of our representatives and we will be happy to assist with any return or exchange questions. At this time, all our returns and exchanges must be finalized in-store. We ask that you bring the items back to us in the product packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same, new condition. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
RETURN WITH carnivorekingdom.ca - Easy Peasy, bulldog squeezy:
• You can return your purchase within 60 days of the purchase date (in-store) or delivery date (online).
• Please contact us to confirm your return.
• Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original unopened packaging for a full refund.
• Defective/damaged products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days. Anything beyond 14 days of the purchase date will be handled under a manufacturer's warranty.
• Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.
If you’d like to exchange your product for something else, please proceed with placing a new order. Placing the new order right away will ensure that you’ll get your item(s) quickly and that it won’t go out of stock. A full refund will be issued once your returned product is received and processed. So long as the item is in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging.
Once your return is received and approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-3 business days after your credit is applied for it to appear in your account.

Warranty Policy
AFTER 14 DAYS (MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES)
If a product proves to be defective after 14 days of the purchase date, Carnivore Kingdom will act as a facilitator for the manufacturer's warranty. You may deal directly with the manufacturer if you wish; however, Carnivore Kingdom is willing to speak on your behalf and follow up with the manufacturer to ensure that your warranty is processed in a timely manner.
Manufacturer warranties are established by individual manufacturers and Carnivore Kingdom will follow their protocols. Carnivore Kingdom is not responsible for shipping costs, replacement equipment, or any inconveniences related to manufacturer warranties. As facilitator, Carnivore Kingdom will represent you, the customer, to our manufacturers.
